Researchers say that burgers and cheese can both be part of a healthful diet.

The latest research shows that modest amounts of red meat, unprocessed, and full-fat milk have no impact on your health as long as you maintain a healthy diet.

These findings come from a Canadian research that compared diets as well as strokes, heart disease and early death rates in 80 different countries.

The healthiest people are those who consume more than the average amount of fruits, vegetables, fish, legumes and nuts, like beans.
